My target at Pension Mendi was a Thanksgiving getaway. I appreciated everything about my stay, but what truly stood out was the alluring Andalusian touch in the dining experience. The flavors and aromas transported me back to the vibrant streets of Seville. From the traditional tapas to the innovative modern dishes, each bite was a delightful journey through Spanish gastronomy.
